Shipping and returns

It is possible to return the item by writing to terrazzoitaliastudio@gmail.com within 14 days of its arrival at its destination. It is not possible to return personalized items. Shipping costs are charged to the customer.

The production time of each item is about a week and the shipping times range from 3 to 5 working days.
